Utilize o programa Notepad++ para fazer as edições dos arquivos. Caso não o tenha, baixe o arquivo .zip da última versão na página http://notepad-plus-plus.org/, na seção "DOWNLOAD", e após descompactar o arquivo, abra o executável notepad++.exe da pasta "unicode", porque esta versão lhe dá a opção de alterar o idioma do programa para o português.

É para copiar todo o conteúdo de seu overall_header.htlm e postá-lo entre o BBcode Code igual você fez em sua mensagem viewtopic.php?f=147&t=47406&start=10#p282516.
Edite a sua mensagem anterior e coloque o conteúdo do overall_header.html nela, conforme citei acima. Ok ?
